Today’s weddings are slowly moving away from the conventional way of doing things, Carol & Tony’s wedding is one of those, their style was out of the ordinary.
This is display was not for the bride and her best maid but the two gowns were donned by the bride as we shall see later.
The best couple’s baby seemed to enjoy as mum put on final touches on the bride.
Carol could not help but peep outside the window to witness the women preparing the walk way.
All set… but before leaving the house, her parents were on standby to share for a brief chat before stepping out.
As Carol’s parents led her out of the house, Tony knew all was well, everything clear and time to head for the church ceremony.
The Kasarani aquatic centre grounds was the preffred location for the couple’s church ceremony.
Elated guests made their way to the venue to witness the happy union between Carol & Tony.
Finally the moment they have been waiting for…time to exchange the vows.
With this Ring….
Just Married… it was time transition to the reception in style.
Safari Park Hotel was the reception venue and ideal for a photo session with friends who helped in planning the wedding.
Carol & Tony chose to have only the best couple by their side different from the usual bride team of brides maides and groomsmen.
DJ Soxxy was here too, all happy for the newly wed couple.
It was time for Carol to change her gown in readiness for reception party.
Carol & Tony looking so cool in their sunglasses the scorching sun did not deter them from enjoying themselves alongside their guests.
This sculpture is a symbolic imagery of the coming together of different cultures.
Carol’s father hails from Tanzania, it was therefore befitting to shower her parents with gifts as is the tradition.
We managed to get this shot of Carol and Tony walking towards the cake tent.
The wedding was not complete before Carol threw her bouquet of flowers as a symbol to wish the single ladies luck.
What a beautiful way to end Carol & Tony’s big day… Carol rests assuredly knowing her life is safe with Tony. We wish them all the happiness and God’s blessings in their union.
